💡 A single non-member diagnostic runs $250 and doesn't go toward your repair. Add a full service at $475+ and you're past $700 before a single part is touched. Quarterly Service members pay $350/quarter and get a complete hands-on service — oil, plugs, filters and full inspection — every 3 months.

Do I need to be home for the visits?
No. As long as we have access to the dock from the yard, your technician handles everything without you having to be there. You'll get a full report and a photo sent to your phone after every single visit.
What if something breaks between visits?
That's what we're here for. You call, we answer. Members are always first priority — we do our best to be there ASAP.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts, no long-term commitments. Cancel anytime. We'd only need 30 days' notice to align the cancellation with the billing and maintenance schedule.
I only use my ski a few times a year. Is this worth it?
It's actually more important for you than for frequent riders. Skis that sit idle for months almost always develop preventable and expensive problems. One avoided repair more than pays for a full year.
What if my ski needs to be towed or picked up for further repair?
We've got you covered. If a problem can't be resolved dockside, we'll arrange towing or pick-up back to the shop so our team can handle it properly. Members always get priority scheduling and preferred rates on transport — you never have to figure it out on your own.
What brands and areas do you cover?
All Sea-Doo, Yamaha WaveRunner and Kawasaki Jet Ski models, plus jet boats and tenders. We cover Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Florida Keys.
What if my ski needs a part — is that included or extra?
For repairs that require parts, the cost of the part and labor are separate. Members of the Complete Confidence plan get 10% off all repairs. Always.
Can I have multiple skis on one plan?
Yes — plans are priced per ski. Members with two or more PWCs get a loyalty discount. Call us directly for multi-ski pricing.
